Beautiful Maltese-neutered! in Scott Depot, West Virginia For Sale

Neutered lil guy looking for his forever home! He's absolutely beautiful but I just don't have the time for him. He has been using puppy pads but I was in the process of training him to go outside! He squats to urinate. He was neutered before he was old enough to mark. He just turned a yr old in May. I dearly love him and hate to find him a new home but it's best for the lil guy.
